Rookies Terms of Use

Rookies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is Rookies’ policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others.

You should only use files that you have the legal right to reproduce or share with others (for example, photos that you personally created). You do not have the right to reproduce files unless you own the copyright in them or have been given permission by the copyright owner to share them. Purchasing or legally acquiring photos does not give you the right to share that material with third parties over the Internet.

If you have any doubts about whether you have the legal right to reproduce certain files or images, you should not do so. By uploading images, you represent that files do not violate Rookies’ Terms of Service and that you own all copyrights to them or have been given permission by the copyright owner, trademark owner or holder of other intellectual property rights to share them. Rookies has adopted a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property or whose accounts are subject to multiple infringement allegations. If you repeatedly share files that infringe others’ intellectual property rights, your account will be terminated.

If you are a copyright, trademark or intellectual property right owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged infringements taking place on or through the app to Rookies. When doing so, identify the copyrighted work, trademark or other intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed, or – if multiple works, marks or rights are covered by this Notice – you may provide a representative list of the works, marks or rights that you claim have been infringed.
