This document describes how Rookies collects and uses your personal information when you use our app.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a Rookies account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

When do we collect information?

When you order physical cards we collect information about you. If you create a Rookies account, your card images are uploaded and stored on our servers so you can access them across devices and future sessions. Until you place an order or create an account, no information is collected.

What personal information do we collect?

If you order physical cards, we collect some information about you in order to process your order, and send you email notifications when your order is created and shipped. This information includes:

• Name
• Email
• Shipping Address
• Billing Address
• Your card images

We process your credit card information via Apple Pay or Stripe, and in both cases do not store your credit card information on our servers.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you contact us or place an order in the following ways:

• To process your order, including sending you a shipping confirmation and tracking number

• Occasionally, to send you a special offer or tell you about a new feature of Rookies

How do we protect your information?

Our website and database are secured, with access only to authorized Rookie Trading Cards personnel.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
